1. What Hey Launch Plan Is

Hey Launch Plan is a tool that generates personalized startup launch playbooks. You answer a few questions, we generate a step-by-step plan with cost estimates and vendor recommendations tailored to your business type.

2. One-Time Payment

Hey Launch Plan Pro is a one-time payment of $8. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewals.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds after your plan has been unlocked.

3. "Lifetime Access" — What It Actually Means

Important: "Lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of the Hey Launch Plan service — not the lifetime of the customer.

We will provide a minimum of 30 days notice before discontinuing the service. During that window, you will be able to download your plan as a PDF.

4. Service Discontinuation

If we decide to shut down Hey Launch Plan: you'll receive at least 30 days notice via email. PDF export will remain available throughout the notice period.

5. What We Don't Guarantee

Hey Launch Plan generates plans based on general patterns and the information you provide. Cost estimates are approximations. Vendor suggestions are not endorsements. The service is provided "as is."

6. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Your Data

We store your email address and the launch plan you generated. We don't sell your data. You can request deletion by emailing hello@heylaunchplan.com.
